User access and Login access token priority

Which Access Token takes priority if the same user is given User Access and Login Access Token?

Environment:

Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows  with legacy tokens

The user will get a User Access Token. That means, User Access Token takes the priority over the Login Access Token assignment.

Qlik Sense will check first for User Access Token, if there is none, it will check for Login Access Token (Rule) for token allocation.
