How to completely uninstall NP 17.0.1 to NPrinting 17.2

Here are the instructions to uninstall NPrinting 17.2 and the third party software it is using. These steps remove all the known possible issues that may cause a failure in a re-installation of the program.
Some programs, folders and registry keys information related to previous installation can block a correct re-installation newer version of NPrinting 17.x.x and higher
1. Go to Control Panel>Program and features and uninstall the following programs (if present):
QlikView NPrinting Server, QlikView NPrinting Designer, QlikView NPrinting Engine, Rabbit MQ Server, Erlang OTP.
There are some steps that you need to perform manually to complete the uninstallation of Erlang and Rabbit.
2. Open the C:\Windows folder. Delete the file .erlang.cookie
3. Open the NPrinting service account user folder C:\User\UserName. Delete the file .erlang.cookie.
4. Open the folder at C:\Users\*user doing the installation*\AppData\Roaming and delete the NPrinting Server folder. If you are unable to delete this folder
-Open the Task manager>Show process from all users. End the following processes (if present): epmd.exe and erl.exe
Note: if you are unable to kill these processes, you will need to reboot the computer then task kill epmd.exe and erl.exe via the task manger
-Open the folder C:\Program Files and remove the erl7.0 or erl7.1 folder if present.
-Open the folder C:\Program Files (x86 ) and remove the Rabbit MQ Server folder if present.
5.In the registry key, open the HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE folder >SOFTWARE and remove the Ericsson folder.
