System Requirement mentioned:https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/Content/System-requirements.htm** Microsoft Internet Explorer is supported up to Microsoft Windows 8.1 and is not supported for Microsoft Windows 10; replaced by Microsoft Edge. The plugin is not supported in Microsoft Windows 10.
User has concern about Plugin won't be supported in Windows 10, it will however still be usable by IE11. What if the user has problem with IE plugin issue?
Our statement was developed before Windows 10 was released which matches Microsoft at the time. Since then Microsoft has changed their statement now supports IE11 on Windows 10. Our statement contradicts this.

If there’s an issue with the Plugin on Windows 10 platform with IE11 under 11.20 version, Qlik support suggest to try Two conditions before continue investigate:
1. test the problem in the latest supporting service release version
2. need to have the issue replicate on a supported OS platform (Windows 2012R2 / 2012 / 2008R2)
However, we still encourage customer to move away from Plugin, as lack of features compare to AJAX (Full Browser Mode), for example collaborative sessions.
