After checking and tests, the problem is related to the LEF file included attribute: PRODUCT; STANDARD;;
This has been only implemented from 3.0 June 2016, so it will not working in 2.X version.
Below image showed the same license working fine in 3.0 version.
In 2.X version, license can be successful applied in QMC, but problem access Hub.
In 2.1.1 version showed below:
"Error 404 - Not found The following URL is unknown:/hub/"
In 2.2.4 version showed problem as below, even the user has located token:
The attribute has no longer in new released LEFs.
If customer has the issue with this attribute in their current license, they need to regenerate the LEF content from our LEF server.
