Newly purchased license not visible on the Support Portal

After purchasing a new license it may not be visible on the Support Portal under the "License" section. Below scenarios describe potential reasons.
- A license has been purchased in an ongoing month the license "start date" will set to the first of the next month. If the license is invisible or you receive an error when requesting LEF content or Control Number from the Support Portal before the date, please contact Support via our Support Portal.
- Note: Newly purchased license status does not affect the productivity of the license nor the maintenance of the license. It can be used immediately after delivery.
- If the license does not appear in the Support Portal after the 1st of the next month has passed, please contact Support via our Support Portal. It might be that the user logging into the Support Portal is not linked to the same company account that the license key is listed under.
