In Ajax client, press the Add Bookmark causes the documen / browser window to dim / gray out.
Press the Settings pulldown menu
Type "java" in the Search Strings box
Press "Content Settings"
Reopen the document, now it works properly.Internet Explorer
Internet Options > Security > Local intranet > Custom Level > Scripting > Active scripting > select Enable and Press OK
2.For IIS WebServer
Check developer tools using F12 and see if an error relating to http response header is displayed.
Remove the referenced response header in IIS manager.

At this point, we do not know if this is caused by chrome or QlikView. The direction we have agreed on was to recommend the customer upgrade to 11.20 SR13. It may fix the issue. If not, then we can request a customer patch.
