Environment:

QlikView Server, any

Resolution:

1.  Go to QlikView Management Console (QMC) > System > About   (or enter "http://localhost:4780/qmc/About.htm" if you are on the server itself.)
2. Click on More Details (if Available)
    
   
   
    
3. Click on "More Details" 
   
   
    
4. Copy and paste the entire content to a .txt file, and attach that to the case.

This QMC > System > About information contains very important system, license and architectural details, and should be provided in every QlikView Server/Publisher support request.
