A QlikView Session is terminated and the Session log reads "Killed because Named User Cal was needed from another client"

A user is disconnected from an active session and the Session Log reads "Killed because Named User Cal was needed from another client " and "CAL Type: None"
Analysing the Session logs shows the following line logged:
Killed because Named User Cal was needed from another client with a CAL type of None
Client IP := WebServer Ip Address, not real client IP address
Client MachineID := Mixed (real Client IP + username + browser)
Opening multiple documents in the same client will be fine because they all have the same Client Machine ID.
Same Client means: In One browser with 1 same user ID on the Same machine
CAL Type = None
is expected behaviour. This message implies that multiple users are attempting to log in to the system using different IP addresses, but using the same identification credentials (i.e. the same user account is being used from multiple machines). The “NONE” actually means N/A, once your session has been killed, the CAL is not available for you.
For more details on the different scenarios in which this can happen, review Qlikview: User is disconnected when attempting to open a QlikView document from multiple devices, browsers, or clients.
