Hierarchy or HierachyBelongsTo load prefix is used to load data into a hierarchy table.
During application reload a script error indicates that the NodeName parameter is incorrect.
The reason for the script error message is that the field referred as NodeName does not exist in the previously loaded data tables.
The issue can be resolved by using a valid field name in as the NodeName reference in the hierarchy load prefix.
Trouble shoot the script to find the reason for the incorrect NodeName reference;
- Confirm that the specified NodeName in Hierarchy or HierarchyBelongsTo definitions is a correctly spelled field name.
NOTE: Field names are case sensitive
- The NodeName is referred to as a field, so it must not be a quoted string like 'FieldName'. If the field name has white space, please use brackets like [Field Name] instead
- Evaluate script logs to see if there is a prior error that makes the referred field name unavailable for the hierarchy operation.
HINT: Search for "error" in the script log.
- Use EXIT Script prior to the hierarchy load to exit the script, and evaluate the data model to see if the referred field name has been loaded as anticipated.
