The QlikView Internet Explorer Plugin can be disabled by making changes to the user's registry settings.
To hide the toolbar in QlikView Internet Explorer Plugin, it is necessary to alter the registry.
Locate the following registry keys:
State-Bar0 = Navigation Toolbar
In each of the keys, create a new value (DWORD) named "Visible"
Set the value to 0 to hide the toolbar.
If the value is set to 1, the toolbar is visible.
If the toolbar is restored by the application ( in IE plugin, right click > "Customize Toolbar" > Navigation/Server Objects Pane/Sheets/Bookmarks ) or in the registry by setting the value to 1 the value "Visible" will be removed from the registry.
If marked as unactive in the IE Plugin then the value "Visible" is back with the setting "0"
State-Bar1 = Server Objects Pane
State-Bar2 = Sheets
State-Bar3 = Bookmarks
